RESOLUTION NO. 68R-528
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 66R-662
GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 884; AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 67R-l.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, on October 11,
1966, adopt Resolution No. 66R-662 granting Conditional Use Permit
No. 884 permitting the establishment of a wedding chapel and
dining facilities on the property described therein, subject to
certain conditions set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 3 of said resolution reads as
follows:
"3. That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of
Anaheim, marked Exhibits Nos. 1 and 2.1f
AND WHEREAS, revised plans for the development of subject
property have been submitted to the City Council for approval, pro-
viding for the deletion of the dining facilities as shown on the
original plans and specifications marked Exhibits Nos. 1 and 2, and
for a reduction in the number of parking spaces to be provided; and
WHEREAS, after reviewing the revised plans and specifica-
tions and after considering the recommendations of the Development
Services Department, the City Council finds that the revised plans
should be approved, and that Resolution No. 66R-662 should be
amended by deleting the reference to dining facilities, and by
amending Condition No. 3 to provide that subject property be
developed in accordance with the revised plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 66R-662 granting Conditional
Use Permit No. 884 be, and the same is hereby amended to permit the
establishment of a wedding chapel on the property therein described,
and deleting the reference to the dining facilities, and by amend-
ing Condition No. 3 of said resolution to read as follows:
"3. That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of
Anaheim, marked Revision No.2."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 67R-l be, and
the same is hereby rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 27th day of August ,fl68.
