RESOLUTION NO. 68R-524
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A QUITCLAIM DEED
REMISING, RELEASING AND QUITCLAIMING
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO EDWARD W.
STEINBRINK AND VIOLA F. STEINBRINK.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of the
hereinafter described real property, which property is no
longer needed for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, Edward W. Steinbrink and Viola F. Steinbrink,
husband and wife, have offered to purchase said property for
the sum of $130.00 cash, lawful money of the United States; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in
the best interest of the City to accept said offer and quit-
claim all right, title and interest in and to said real property
to said Steinbrinks;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the city of Anaheim that the Mayor and city Clerk be, and they
are hereby authorized and directed, for and on behalf of the
city of Anaheim, to make, execute and deliver to Edward W.
Steinbrink and Viola F. Steinbrink, a good sufficient Quitclaim
Deed remising, releasing and quitclaiming to said Edward w.
Steinbrink and Viola F. Steinbrink, husband and wife, all right,
title and interest in and to the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California:
All that portion of Lot B, in Block 1 of the
Enterprise Tract, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 4, page 89 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said County, lying between the
Northerly prolongations of the Easterly and
Westerly lines of Lot 18 in Block 1 of said
tract.
Reserving therefrom unto the grantor an ease-
ment for public utility purposes, including
the maintenance of existing sewer line and
electric power line, over, under and across
the herein conveyed land, together with the
right of ingress and egress for the purpose
of maintaining said public utilities.
upon the receipt of the sum of $130.00 cash, lawful money of
the United States.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in the event the purchasers
desire a policy of title insurance, the fee for furnishing said
policy of title insurance shall be paid by the purchasers.
