RESOLUTION NO. 68R- 503
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A LEASE, LEASING THOSE CERTAIN
PREMISES DESCRIBED AS 114-116 NORTH CLEMENTINE
STREET TO E~ARD M. HARTNELL.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of those certain
premises described as 114-116 North Clementine Street, in the City
of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, said premises are not presently needed by the
City for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, Edward M. Hartnell is desirous of leasing said
premises at a rental of $150.00 per month, upon the terms and con-
ditions and for the term set forth in a form of lease this day
submitted to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the terms and condi-
tions of said lease are satisfactory and that it would be in the
best interest of the City to lease said property to said Edward M.
Hartnell upon the terms and conditions, and for the term and rental
set forth in said lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the lease this day submitted to the City
Council, providing for the leasing by the City of those certain
premises located at 114-116 North C1ementine~treet, in the City of
Anaheim, to Edward M. Hartnell, for a rental of $150.00 per month,
upon the terms and conditions and for the period set forth in said
lease, be, and the same is. hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby authorized to execute said lease for and on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 13th day of August, 1968.
