RESOLUTION NO. 68R-495
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TE~~NATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CON-
NECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PEill~T NO. 576,
AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 64R-498 NULL AND
VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
July 14, 1964, adopt Resolution No. 64R-498 granting Conditional
Use Permit No. 576 permitting tne establishment of a real estate
loan broker's office, and a waiver of the C-O, Commercial Office
Zone minimum site area requirements, on the property therein
described, subject to certain conditions set forth in said
resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Development Services Department has
recommended that said Conditional Use Permit be terminated,
inasmuch as Area Development Plan No.8, adopted March 30, 1965,
which includes subject property, rendered Conditional Use Permit
No. 576 redundant, since a lot of less than 20,000 square feet
may be developed for c-o uses if an area development plan has
been approved for the area involved; and
WHEREAS, after careful consideration of the matter,
the City Council finds that all proceedings in connection with
Conditional Use Permit No. 576 should be terminated and
Resolution No. 64R-498 declarea null and void from and after
this aate.
NOW, 'fHEREFORE, BE I 'I' RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
Conaitional Use Permit No. 576 be, and the same are hereby
terminated; and tnat Resolution No. 64R-498 be, and the same
is nereby declared null and void from and after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLU~ION is approved and signed by me
this 13th day of August, 1968.
