A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEDi ACCEPTING AN EJH;EMRNT ~R~NT nERD
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR UNDERGROUND
ELECTRICAL FACILITIES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for underqround
electrical facilities
and
WHEREAS, the ownerL- of said property ha~ offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
W.I.R. DEVELOPERS INC..
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for underground
electrical facilities
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for the installation and maintenance of
underground electrical facilities over, under and
across the Westerly 5 feet of Lots 9 and 22 of Tract
6163, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 242, pages
15 and 16 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
