A RLSOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASElV1ENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD l\l-JD PUBLIC
UTILITY PUP~OSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
public utility purposes
and
real property
road and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property h~ offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
DONALD E. PIEROTTI and ALICE JEAN PIEROTTI,
husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for rn~n ~nn
public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road ana public utility purposes over,
under and across all that portion of the Northwest
quarter of Section 4, Township 4 South, Range 9 West,
S.B.E. & tl., conveyed to Donald E. Pierotti et ux by
deed recorded Novenilier 22, 1954 in Book 2874, page 325
of Official Records, lying Westerly of a line parallel
with and distant Easterly 60 feet (measured at right
angles and radially) of the following described line:
Beginning at the intersection of the -(vest line of said
section with the centerline of La Palma Avenue, as
described in a deed recorded in Book 231, page 230 of
Deeds, records of said Orange County; thence North 10
261 011. Bast along said.Jest line, 406.41 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve, concave Southwesterly
and having a radius of 1200 feet; thence Northwesterly
along said curve, throug-h a central angle of 330 41' 12 H ,
an arc distance of 705.53 feet to the point of terminus of
the herein described line.
