A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM NvillNDING RESOLUTION NO. 68R-352
IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 67-68-86.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on June 25, 1968, adopt Resolution No. 68R-352 finding and
determining that the property and area therein described should
be changed from R-A, Agricultural Zone and C-l, General Commer-
cial Zone, to C-l, General Commercial Zone and R-3, Multiple-
Family Residential Zone, as more particularly therein set forth,
subject to certain conditions enumerated in said resolution;
and
WhLP~AS, Condition No.1 of Resolution No. 68R-352
readS as follows:
nl. That a final tract map of subject property shall be
submitteG to the City Council for approval and then re-
corded in the Office of tne Orange County Recorder."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Condition
No. 1 should be amenoeCi to provide that a final tract map of
subject property be submitted to the City Council for approval
and then recorded in the Office of the Orange County Recorder,
prior to the issuance of a building permit; and
WHEP~AS, tne City Council does further find that an
ordinance has not been adopteu directing said chang~ of zones
and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of ill1aheim that Resolution No. 68R-352 in Reclassification
Proceeaings No. 67-68-86 be, and the same is hereby amended by
amending Condi-tion No. 1 tl1.ereof to read as follows:
Ill. 'rhat a final tract map of subject property shall be
submitted to the City Council for approval and then re-
corded in the Office of the Orange County Recorder, prior
to the issuance of a building permit."
BE IT FURTHER P~SOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 68R-352 be, and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
