RESOLUTION NO. 68R-458
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CON-
NECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 237,
AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 62R-634 NULL AND
VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on July 10, 1962, adopt Resolution No. 62R-634 granting Con-
ditional Use Permit No. 237 permitting on-sale alcoholic
beverages on the property therein described, subject to cer-
tain conditions set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 4 of said resolution provides
tnat no cocktail lounge shall be operated on subject property
except in conjunction with a restaurant; and
WHEREAS, the Development Services Department has
recommended to the City Council that said Conditional Use Permit
No. 237 be terminated, inasmuch as subject property has not been
developed under said conditional use permit; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that subject
property has not been developed under the conditions imposed
by said conditional use permit, and that said permit should,
therefore, be terminated as recommended by the Development
Services Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
Conditional Use Permit No. 237 be, and the same are hereby ter-
minated; and that Resolution No. 62R-634 be, and the same is
hereby declared null and void from and after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 30th day of July, 1968.
