VARIANCE: permiseion ~a e~ec~ and mainta3n a dental office on

entine Streeta r.eceived final con;~~deration. A motion
to the effect that, in ae much as L:~. Schutz's petition
and th~ findings of the Commissjon showed that a var-
iance could be granted according to the provisions of
the ordinance, the Comraission recommend to the City
Council that a•conditional exception be made to permit
tre erection and maint~nance of a deyitiat's office on
Lo~ 1, Block G, Ne~v 3ubdivision of Vineyard Lot D-5,
in accordance with Section 3 of Ordinance No. 511,
