Esther Figueroa. Said lot, being located at the ~---- north east corner of Palm and ~~.nta Ana Street~, is in t e single familp residence district. The petition requested i;hat a variance permitting a retail grocerq and notions business be granted. The variance petition wae acoompanied by a petition af ordinary form, aigned by propertp ownere and others in th~ district, sho~ving that sa,id signers had r.a ob~ection to the o'peration of said. re~ail business.
