A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEll1
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 63R-9l0, AMENDING PERSONNEL RULE
1121 JURY DUTY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEll1 that
Personnel Rule #21 Jury Duty be, and the same is hereby, amended to provide
as follows:
"RULE 21. JURY DUTY
Section 21.0 In the event any employee in the classified service is duly
summoned to any court for the purpose of performing jury service or serving
as a witness, he shall receive his regular compensation for any regularly
scheduled working hours spent in the actual performance of such service.
21.1 Employees receiving witness fees shall remit such fees to
the Collection Officer in order to be considered at work
for payroll purposes during time spent as such witnesses."
THE EFFECTIVE DATE of this Resolution shall be July 5, 1968.
