8~u~ce1, Heying and Parka were present.
~e~f.~~ Chairman Hilleary stated that the meetin~ had
beea called for the p~s.rpose of hea:cing comment on the
prapaeed set-back ordinance from the general publio.
Hearings weze ceclar~d to be necessary in order to cauae
the set-bac'~ ordinance to become an Offioial Pian.
'4'here were no proteste to the proposa3 plan or
ordinauce.
Due ~a the ~atiou~l emergenoy and.the fact that the
holidap season wiZl soon be here, the second heari.n~ wae
postponed.. A motion to have the aecond l~~aring at the
aeat reguiar meeting of the Commission oni~January 19, 1y42
