RESOLUTION NO. 68R-417
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM N~NDING RESOLUTION No. 68R-250
GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 1959.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, on May 14,
1968, adopt Resolution No. 68R-250 granting Variance No. 1959
permitting the property therein described to be developed as a
single-family, 113-10t subdivision, with a waiver of the maximum
lot coverage on not more than 30% of the lots in the subdivision,
and not to exceed 300 square feet per lot, the specific lots on
which said waiver is to apply to be designated on the tract map;
and with a waiver of the minimum setback between the front
property line and the garage entrance where garages open onto a
street, subject to certain conditions set forth in said resolution;
and
vlliEllliAS, the developer of subject property proposes to
pre-sell the homes in the tract, which will permit a prospective
home buyer to select the model and lot prior to construction, and
under this method of procedure, it will not be practical to desig-
nate on the tract map the specific lots to which the waiver of
the maximma lot coverage granted by said variance will apply;

~VHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Resolution
No. 68R-250 should, therefore, be amended by deleting the re-
quirement that the specific lots on which said waiver of the
maximum lot coverage shall apply be designated on the tract map.
NOvJ, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
t:ne City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 68R-250 granting Variance
No. 1959 be, ana the same is hereby amended by deleting the re-
quirement that the specific lots on which said waiver of the
maximwn lot coverage shall apply be designated on the tract map
of subject property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 68R-250 be, and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 16th day of July, 1968.
