A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COm~CIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRMJTING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO
BEN KU~lliRFELD TO MOVE A DWELLING FROM 1724-26
WEST 17TH STREET, SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, TO
906 HOHICAN "l'lAY, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS. BEN Ku~rr~RFELD having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move a structure from
1724-26 West 17th S~reet, Santa Ana, California, to 906
Mohican Way, Anaheim, California; and
WHERE1~: said application having been set for public
nearing on the 16th day of July, 1968, at the hour of 1:30
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons resid-
ing within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said building or structure, at
least ten days prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as
the names of such owners appeared upon the last available tax
assessment roll, and
vJHEREAS saia matter having come on regularly for
nearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly
considered said a?plication, together with all evidence and
reports submitted in connection therewith, does find that said
permit should be granted, subject to the payment of a $25.00
per unit park and recreation fee on the new units.
NOV;, 1'HEREFORE, BE I'l' RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheira that the application of BEN KU.MlvlERFELD
for a house moving permit to move a structure from 1724-26 West
17th Street, Santa Ana, California, to 906 Mohican Way, Anaheim,
California, be, and the same is hereby, granted, subject to
the payment of a $25.00 per unit park and recreation fee on
the new units, and sUDject further to compliance with all of
the provisions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code, relating to the moving of buildings from a
point outside the city of Anaheim to a point within the City
of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 16th day of July 1968.
