ARTESIA, CALIFOffiJIA, TO 3613 SAVANNA
STREET, ANAHElI-i, CALIFORNIA.
\'iHEREAS, ROSCO V<1AGGONER, having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move a structure
from 11304 Artesia Boulevard, Artesia, California, to 3613
Savanna Street, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 16th day of July, 1968, at the hour of 1:30
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons resid-
ing within a radius of three hundred feet from the property
upon which it is proposed to move said building or structure,
at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as
the names of such owners appeared upon the last available tax
assessment roll, and
~rHERBAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon saiu date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
OF,portuni ty to be heard r and the City Council having- duly
considered said aFPlicatior for a house moving permit, together
with all eviuence ana reports submitted in connection therewith,
does find that said ~errdt shou16 be granted subject to the
fo11owins conditions
1. Dedication al1U improvement of Savanna Street to
a 32-foot half-width street.
2. Payment of street licrhtinc; ane: street tree fees.
3. Payment of park and recrevtion fee.
4. Provision or a 25-foot sinimuffi rront yard setback.
