RESOLUTION NO. 68R-410
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ill~AHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEtlliNT DEED ill~D
AUTHORIZING ill~D DIRECTING THE ~~YOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A RIGHT OF WAY AGREEJ.VIENT IN
CONNECTION THEREWITH.
WHEREAS, Hiroshi Fujishige and Reiko Fujishige, husband
and wife, and Masao Fujishige and Toshiko Fujishige, husband and
wife, have executed and delivered to the City of Anaheim an
agreement in connection with the improvement and signalization
of the Harbor Boulevard - Convention Way intersection; and
WHEREAS, to supplement said agreement, said Fujishiges
have delivered to the City of Anaheim an easement deed covering
the right of way involved in the improvement and signalization
of said intersection; and
\'~HEREAS, the City Council finds that the agreement is
in order and that it is in the best interests of the City of
l\naheim to enter into said agreement and to accept for recorda-
tion the easement deed tendered therewith.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement on
behalf of the City of l\naheim.
AND BE Irr FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Anaheim
accept, and it does hereby accept, the easement deed of Hiroshi
Fujishige and Reiko Fujishige, husband and wife, and Masao
Fujishige and Toshiko Fujishige, husband and wife, and that the
same be recorded by the City Clerk.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 9th day of July, 1968.
