HHERLAS, the City of Anaheim is desirious of obtaining
an easement for street and highway purposes over the hereinafter
described real property; and
WHEREAS, Orange County Flood Control District is the
owner of subject pro~erty anJ. has offered to grant to the City of
Anaheim an ease~ent for public street an~ llighway purposes over
said property, upon the terms an( conditions set forth in a
certain easement deed tendered to the City of Anaheim by Orange
County Flood Control District, dated June 4, 1968 and marked an~
