PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR POLES AND ELECTRIC
POWER LI~ES AND OVERHEAD CROSS -ARMS AND ELECTRIC
POWER LINES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
d..lrous of purcn.8ina the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit~ Easements for Doles and electric
power lines and overhead cross-arms and electric Dow~r lines-j
and
WIIIREAS, the otmer_ of said property has_ offered
to ..11 and convey the .me to the City; and -
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of ADabelm finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest Qf the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase laid real property.

Easements over the real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
PARCEL ONE: An easement for the installation and
maintenance of poles and electric power lines over
and across a strip of land 5.00 feet in width being
a portion of the Northeast quarter of Section 13,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S.B.B. & M., the
Easterly line of said 5.00 foot strip being described
as follows:
Beginning at a point in the South line of the Northeast
quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 13, said
point being 203.00 feet West of the Southeast corner
of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of
said Section, said South line being the centerline of
Broadway, 90.00 feet in width; thence North 00 11' 50"
West 333.15 feet to the intersection with the North
line of the South half of the South half of the North-
east quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section
13, and the terminus of said 5.00 foot strip.
Excepting the Southerly 45.00 feet lying within the
right of way Broadway.

PARCEL TWO: An overhead easement for crossarms and
electric power lines over and across a strip of
land 5.00 feet in width, being a portion of the
Northeast quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, S.B.B. & M., the Northerly line of
said strip being described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the East line of the North-
east quarter of the Northeast quarter of said
Section 13, said point being 333.07 feet North of
the Southeast corner of the Northeast quarter of
the Northeast quarter of said Section 13, said
East line being the centerline of Magnolia Avenue,
106.00 feet in width; thence South 890 37' 24" West 664.13
feet to the point of intersection with the Easterly line
of Tract No. 2938, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
119, pages 28 and 29 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County. Said Easterly line being the
Westerly terminus of said 5.00 foot strip.
Excepting therefrom the Easterly 203.00 feet.
PARCEL THREE: An overhead easement for crossarms and
electric power lines over and across a strip of land
5.00 feet in width, being a portion of the Northeast
quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
S.B.B. & M., the Westerly line being described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Tract No. 2938,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 119, pages 28 and
29 of MisceJlaneous Map,s, records of said Orange County;
thence North 0011' 50' West 333.34 feet to the point
of intersection with the North line of the South half
of the South half of the Northeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of said Section 13. Said North line
being the Northerly terminus of said 5.00 foot strip.
Excepting therefrom the Southerly 45.00 feet lying
within the right of way of Broadway.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a
conveyance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to
pay to the owner or owners of said real property, out of
General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar
($1.00).
