RESOLUTION NO. 68R-403
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AJ.'lAHEIM TERl"\1INATING ALL PROCEEDINGS
IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NO. 872 &~D DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 66R-6l7
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on September 27, 1966 adopt Resolution No. 66R-6l7 granting
Conditional Use Permit No. 872 permitting the establishment
of a beer bar in a shopping center on the property therein
described, subject to certain conditions set forth in said
resolution; and
WHEREAS, thereafter, on February 26, 1968, the City
Planning Commission granted Conditional Use Permit No. 1001
permitting on-sale liquor in an existing restaurant located
on the property on which Conditional Use Permit No. 872 was
granted; and
WHEREAS, no action having been taken by the City
Council on Conditional Use Permit No. 1001, said permit
became effective on March 19, 1968, superseding Conditional
Use Permit No. 872; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that all
proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 872
should, therefore, be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection
with Conditional Use Permit No. 872 be, and the same are
hereby terminated, and that Resolution No. 66R-6l7 be, and
the same is hereby declared null and void from and after this
date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 9th day of July! 1968.
