There are three parceis requested for reciassification; one on Vermont Avenue the other on Vermont at the Freeway and the third on Ball Road. These parcels are widely scattered with the only access possible to the property from West Vermont Street and do not appear to lend themselves for M-1 uses. The applicants did not furaish plot plans of any kind pr describe what possible uses they have defiaitely in mind for the property.
