and that a rather obnoxious element would thus be cleared from the
site. Mr, Hegei stated he iatended to go three stories in certain
portions of the buildiag, and that he would spend approximately Six
Huadred Thousand Dollars. A discussion`ensued on parking for the '
restaurant. Mr. Hegel agreed to provide adequate parking for the
restaurant. klrs. Pleir, who iives across the street from the pro-
posed Motel, stated that she felt the area needed more Motels.
