YUBLIC NBARING - The first Public Heariag on Proposed Changes in the Anaheim 1Nunicipai
Code, reiative to Commerciai Zones, Parking Requirements aad the
Bstablishment of a Board of Architectural Review was called to order
at 2:10 O'Clock P.M, by Chairman Summers, a quorum being present.
pRB3BNf -(~AIRMAN SUi~R3, COMMISSIONBRS: A1]red, DuBois, Gauer, Hapgood,
Mauerhan, Morris, Thompson and Mungali.
AB3SNT - Hone.
The proposed amendments were reviewed and~ following discussion,
specific sections were ~aoted for fur4her study and consideration,
Mr. Dysinger appeared to request a clarification of the "C-4" and
"C-4-A" 2ones.
Mr. Dave Coilins and Mr. Orvai Haivorsen, Realtors, sI+peazed and
stated their o~poaition to the proQosed setback and landscaping
requirements for commercial areas.
