On the parcel north of the flood coatrol channel, they showed C-1 on the front, with R-3 at the sear, aud on the east side of Huclid Avenue a four acre pazcel as C~i development with office type buildings. A wall and a landscaped area is proposed along Crescent Avebue, except at the corner where the service station wili be iocated. Mr. B1ythQ and Mr. Bryant, as spokesmen for the residents of the tract directly to the South on Creacent Avenue, appeared before the Commiss3on and accepted the development of the properties as shown on the plaas, with :he excepYion of the service station on the coraes. It was their feeling that oae service station now in she Broadway Shopping Center was ail that should be aliowed in the area.
