A Work Session on the Proposed New Zoning Ordinance ~as called to ord~c at 9:15
0'Clock A.M. by Chairmaa Gauer.
Present: Chairman Gauer, Commissioners, Allred, Hapgood, Suw~er~, Thospson, and Mun-
gall; Consuitant Bisner, a~ niioruCy riaicuj.
Absent: Commissioners DuBois, Mauerhan, and Morris.
Discussions were held on various poi~tions of the ordinance and certaia adjustments
were requested to be made. These to be phrased in legai langnage aad inserted by
Attorney Hardy.
The Meeting adjourned at 11:45 O'Clock A.M.

A Work Session on the tdaster plan Map and the aex Zoning Map rds called for 9:00 d'Clock
A.M. Notices of same were mailed out Wedaesday; Septeaber 24, 2958, but several of the
Commissioners did not receive these until Septer~es 25, 3458; coasequently onip present
were: Chaitman Gauer, Commissioners Summess a~ Nnngaii, togetber with Consaltant
Bisner, a:ed Messr~. Reece and Steen of the Staff.
Work on these two maps was carried on until 3:30 O•Cloct P.ll.
Absent: Commissioners Allred, DuBois. Hapgood. llacerhan, llorris and Thompson.
