SPBCIAL MBB'TING - A Special Meeting of ttie City Planning Commission was called to y
order at 1:40 0'C1ock P,M, by Chairman Gauer, a quorum being present; ,
in accordance with the written coasent to the holding of a special
meeting and waiver of notice thereof signed by all Commissioners.
PRBSBNT - Commissioners: Ailied, DuBois, Gauer, Marcoux, Morris, Mungall and
~ Summers.

ANNBXATION - - An aniiexation map of the proposed Magnolia and Cerritos Annexation
MAGNOLIA AND was presented to the.Com~nission. The annexatioa extends along
CBRRITOS Webster Street to the nor'therly boundary lines of the Citq of Stantoa.
Deputy Cit}~ Attdrney Joe Geisler advised the Commisaion that the
bound2,ry lines of the proposed annexation were correct, and that theq
did not encroach upoa the territory of the City of Stanton.
Commissioner Marcoux offered a motion, secoaded by Commissioner Alired
and carried, that the annexation map as submitted be recommended to
the City Council for approval.
