RESOLUTION NO. 95R- 184
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING
IRREVOCABLE OFFERS OF DEDICATION OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY AND/OR FACILITIES
(TRACT NO. 10407)
WHEREAS, certain interests in streets, public utility
easements and public improvements were irrevocably offered to the
City of Anaheim as a condition of map approval for Tract Map
No. 10407, located north and west of Imperial Highway along Big
Sky Lane; and
WHEREAS, the foregoing irrevocable offers of dedication
were made in the ownership Certificate of the subject tract map,
which is available for review in the Records Section of the
Public Works Department, and the City did not accept the offers
at the time of final map approval; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the acceptance of
said irrevocable offers of dedication have been fully met or
otherwise have occurred, and all public facilities included
therein have been inspected and determined to be acceptable by
the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and in the best interests of
the City of Anaheim to accept said offer of dedication and the
facilities described herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following
properties or interests therein, including any facilities
described, be, and they are hereby, accepted by the City of
Anaheim, to wit:
All those interests offered on the Ownership
Certificate as shown on Tract No. 10407 recorded in
Book 486, Pages 14-16, in the Office of the County
Recorder of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 7~h day of Novemher ,
1995.

SUBJECT: ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE CERTAIN IRREVOCABLE OFFERS OF DEDICATION
FROM TRACT MAP NO. 10407
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council, by Resolution, accept those certain Irrevocable
Offers of Dedication from Tract Map No. 10407.
DISCUSSION:
Irrevocable Offers of Dedication for streets, public utility easements,
and public improvements were made as a condition of map approval for
Tract Map No. 10407 (recorded in Book 486, pages 14 - 16), located north
and west of Imperial Highway along Big Sky Lane. The offers were made in
the Ownership Certificate of the subject tract map and the City did not
accept the offers at the time of final map approval. The tract map is
available for review in the Records Section of the Public Works
Department.
All required improvements for the tract have been completed and accepted
by the City Engineer, therefore it is now in order to accept the
Irrevocable Offers of Dedication.
IMPACT ON THE BUDGET:
No impact on the General Fund.
