The proponents in applications which are not contested will have five minutes to present their evidence. Additional time will be gran~.gd upon request if, in the opinion of the Commission, such additional. time will produce evidence important to the Commission's consideration. ,~_' 2. In contested applications, the proponents an6 opponent will each be given ten minutes to present his case unless additional time is requested and the complexity of the matter warrants. Followed Councilguidles for homeownership. Single family homes not feasible economically. Requested continuance to revise plans, eliminating two units. COMMISSION CONCERNS: Recreation area in front setback; sewer capacity, RS 10,000 property next door:, possibly could be RS-5000 with 8 units and no waivers; neighbors willing to accept 8 units.
