COMMISSION COMMENTS: Questioned the types of trees that were to be planted= 10 feet ie not good enough in terms of a landscape buffer to the south; they are buffering themselves better than they are buffering the condos; suggested that they move the parking structure to the north 10 feet or 15 feet in order to double the width of the landscape buffer; eliminate second sentence in condition no. 20; leave access the way it is anal narrow down the landscape from 15 to 5 feet; concern regarding exhaust fumes traveling over to the condos; would nog want anything to jeopardize the possibility of residential to the west. -11- 2/25/91 I ~ 8~~ COMMENTS: Parking structure in not included in the 170 parking ~ spaces. g~,~o[gs Continued to 3/11/91 Applicant will take a look at the access agreements and thA 10-foot drainage easement by the par:cing garage and see how far to the north that entire structure can be pushed.
