STAFF COMMENTS: HOUSING - 4 unite proposed under density bonus, 8 unite proposed under seniors' ordinance, 1-bedroom rent for $491, Letter of Agreement signed for 12 total. PLT?.'NING - RSA-43,000 typically holding zone under a General Plan designation. Current GP designation is Low Density for single-family residences. Not typical practice to qo back to RSA-43,000 Zone; due to irregular request, probably would need a general plan amendment to consider the density. RS-7200 would allow about 4.3 unite; RS-5000 would allow about 6.5. ENGINEERING - Sewer easement area can be used for driveway, just cannot have structures on it. Private street could be 20 feet wide for four or lees unite, not more than 300 feet long; fire department ,., . ~~ and maintenance requirements have beer. considered in that street width with the residents taking garbage containers to Loara for pick up.
