A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 92R-19 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION
FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
January 26, 1999 that Resolution No. 92R-19 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth
effective January 22,1999; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned
amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 92R-19 which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Executive Management.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as
1. That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-19 be amended by adding the following
classification:
Classification Salary Range
Assistant City Manager -Development X CR28
1999.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution is January 22,
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No.
92R-19 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 26th day of January, 1999.
