§ of Orange, State of California, described as follows:'
6 A portion of ~ot 34, Anaheim Extension, located at 1419 West Center Street.
? Said owner requesting an M-l, Light Manufacturing Use to be located on above
described property, which is presently zoned az C-2, General Commercial Zone.

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a ~Public Hearing at the City
