A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COI~ISSION OF THE CITY OF ANL~IEIM
DENYING VARIANCE NO. ~87.
1 WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a
Verified Petition from ROBERT H. QUAST, 728 North Pine Street, Anaheim; Calif.

as owner of a certain parcel of reel property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California,. described as follows:

Lot 8, Trac~ No. lO71, located a~ the southwest corner of North Helena
4 Street and Park Way~
§ The Applicaut requested permission to cut this lot into. two (2)'lots,
one to be 64 feet x ll2 feet, the second to be 86 feet x ll2 feet.
6 The property is presently zoned as R-O, SUBURBAN-RESIDENTIAL ZONE.
7 WHEREAS, .The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
Hall in the City o~ Anaheim, on Monday, January 4~ 1954,' NOTICES of which said
S Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions'of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEHEAS, Said Commission ~fter due inspection, investigation and studies
10 made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following;

1. There apPear to be no exceptional circumstances applicable to the subject
lP. property that do not apply to other property in.the sam~ vicinity and zone.
13 2. The granting of the VARIANCE Would give the applicant a privilege beyond
14 that enjoyed by other property owners in the vicinity, to which the presen~
property owners in the area object.

3. one lot to be cut off would be less then the frontage and area required for
the R-O Zone and it was not Of record at the time the present ordinsnce
was adopted and therefore should conform to the ordinance ....
17 NOW THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANANW. IM CITY PLANNING CO~4ISSION
HEREBY DENIES VARIANCE NO. 187..
