County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

A portion of Lot 10, Miles Raucho, located at the Northeast corner of

~! § The. apolicant requests permission to cut off three (3) lots from this
property on North West Street to be 55.63 feet x 150 feet. The property
6 is presently zoned as R-A, RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL ZONE.

Hall in the City of Anaheim, on Mgnday, January 4, 1954, NOTICES of which said
S Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEI/~ MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHERF~S, Said Commission after due inspection, investigation end studies
l0 made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence
smd reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following:

1. The present zoning of the property is R-A, R~BIDENTIAL-AGRICULT'JRAL,
12 which is a transitional zone and which permits only one house per lot.
The lots are to be cut so that a street can eventus~y be cut thru
13 north of La P~l~a Avenue.
~ 14 2. The preservation of a property right of the Applicant is involved as
15 other property owners are permitted to divide their property into less
than one acre parcels.
16 3. The granting of the VARIANCE would not be detrimentsl to other property
