WHEREAS, The City Pl-nning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
1~ Hell in the City of ~aheim, on Monday, January 4, 1954, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
15 ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
14 WHEREAS, Said Commission after due inspection, investigation, and studies
made by itself, and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
15 reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following:
