PC 1954-1955-20 RESOLUTION NO. ,~0 _ SERIES 195/7Z-55~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSI- FICATION NO. F-53-S&--27 BE APPRO'WED. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has instituted an action to reclassify certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as: Ail of the area that became part of the City of Anaheim by reason of the Loara Annexation, except that ares bounded by Manchester Avenue, Ehclid Avenue, Crescent Avenue, and Loara Street. Upon annexation these properties became R-A, RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL. $ WHERW~$, The City Planning Co..~ission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO. ? F-53-54--27 on the 7th day of June, 1954, and on the 21st day of June, 1954, and continued on 23rd day of August, 1954, NOTICES of which said Public Hearings were 8 duly given as requested by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies 10 made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration af all evidence and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts: 11 That the area should be reclassified as follows: 12 , 1. The area bounded by West North Street, North West Street, Westmont 1S Drive, and Loara Street, with the exception of that property owned by the Anaheim Elementary School District, be reclassified to R-O, 14 SUBURBAN RESIDENTIAL. The school property is to remain as R-A, RESIDW2~TIAL-AGRICULTURAL. 16 2. The area bounded by Loara Street, Westmont Drive, Tracts 1420, 1833, and 2049, and the Santa Ana Freeway be reclassified to R-O, SUBURBAN 17 R'~ID~TIAL' 18 3. The area bounded by Crescent Avenue, Euclid' Avenue, Tract No. 2161, and Loara Street be reclassified to R-l, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION N~.-,~---f REOO'~T~ TO NO.
