WHEREAS, The City Plarming Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a
Verified Petition from the property o~ner (s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as
foll~m:
The northeast corner of Brookhurst Street and BsJ_l Road conz: sting of a
ten (10) acre tract ~ems~-_~ 660 feet east on Pall Road frum the inter-
section and 660 feet north on Brookhurst Street from the intersection,

Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VE~GFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATIg~ NO.

Poblic Hearing was duly given as reouired by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section. 920~; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, aA'.~r due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearings, d('es find and determine the following facts:
1. The applicant has owne~ this .~roperty since !~2~.~ o
2. The nearest shopping center is one m~le to the east.
3. It is the opinion of the Co~.,..~ssion based on the experience of other
localities that these centers in one mil~ square areas are required.
4. It would also appear %nat rec~=~e~ations should he made to the Orange
County Planning 0ommission that the other three corners of this inte?-
section should also ~e rezoned.
NOW, THERF~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEiM CITY PLANNING COMMISSIOn:
