A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COI~tI~ION OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM RECO~ING TO T~E CITY COUNCIL OF TNE CITY OF ANAHEIM
_ THAT .RECLASSIFICATION.NO. F-54-55--8 BE
WHEREAS, The City Planning ¢~mnission of the City of Anaheim has received a
Verified Petition from the property ~wner (s) of certain real property situated
in t~e City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows:
The ten (10) acres at the northwest corner ~ ~ Euclid Avenue and Ball
Road, a portion of Section 17, extending 660 feet north along the west side
of Euclid Avenue and 660 feet west along Ball Road.
This action was instituted by the City Planning Commission based on the
action taken on Reclassification No. F-53-54-- 26.
WHE ~REAS, The City Pl-~ning Commassion did hold a Public Hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO.
' .F-~A-~mS. on the 23rd day of .__~j~$_~, 19~A, NOTICE of which said
P~',blic Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MLg~ICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHF~EAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the fo/lowing facts:
1. The C~mmission recently rec~,,m~Sed that th~- t~
northeast corner of B,~I Road and Euclid Avenue be reclassified to
¢-1, NEIGHBORHOOD
2. It is the opinion of the Comm_tssion that the other ~ners at the other.
three corners should be given the same privilege if they de~ire to
use their property in the s~me maimer.
3. The Commission recomma~ed ~o the Orange Oounty Pl~-~ing Commission
that the other t~0 corners now in the county be so reclassified.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY RECOMME~TDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE, CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-54-55--8 BE GRANTED, subject to:

1. The deeding of twenty (20) feet along the west side of Eyelid Avenue
and twenty (20) feet alomg the north side of B-~ Road to the City of
Anaheim for future street
2. The filing of Deed Restrictions with regard to Architecture and layout
of the Shopptr~ Center.
3. The e~mpletion of ---exation to the City of Anaheim.
