P¢.blic Hearing was duly given as required by law end the provisions of the

WNFRFAS: Said Co,~tssion, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due "-onsideration of all evidence end
reports offered at said Hearings, does fiu~ and determine the fo/lowing facts:
!. The subdivider at the northeast corner has decided to place dwellings
on this corner.
2. The Orange ¢~unty Pl-n-ing Commission has granted co,~.ercial uses
at the corners of Lincol- Avenue and Brookhurst Street, thereby
eltmt~,ting the need at the proposed corners.
