· WHiP, AS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a
i~ 9. Verified Petition from GRIFFITH BROS., INC., 922 West Center Street, Anaheim,
i:' California, as owners, of a certain parcel of real prope?ty situated in the City
5 of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California~ describod as follows:
4. Tract No. 2381, located on the east side of Euclid Avenue south of
Orange Avenue and north of Crone Avenue.

The applicant requests permission to use staggered SETBACKS FOR FRONT
~ 6 YARD ranging between 20 and 25 feet in Tract No. 2381.
WHEREAS, /he City Planning Commissicn did hold a Public Hearing at the City
7 Hall in the City of Anaheim~ on Wednesday~ March 2, 1955, NOTICES OF ~HICH SAID
8 PUBLIC HEARING were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEI~I ~3NICIPAL CODE, Section 9200~ and

~HEREAS~ Said Co~.ission after due inspection, investigation and studies
10 made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following:

1. /he lots are 100 feet in depth.

2. The houses range from 1225 square feet to 1367 square feet.
3. By staggering the setbacks and using the shorter setbacks with
14 the houses having greater depth, it will make for a more pleasing
tract than if all the houses were placed in a straight regimented
15 line.
