A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING CON~ISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 298
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a
2 Verified Petition from HANSON and HINTZ, 9551 Garden Grove Blvd., Garden Grove,
California, as owner, (CARL M. GUSIAFSON), as Authorized Agent~ c/o South Bay
~ Engineering Co., 1326 North Broadway, Santa Aha, California, of a certain parcel
of real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
4 California, described as follows:
5 Tract No. 2501 located west of Nutwood Street between Broadway and
Orange Avenue.
The applicant requests a waiver on certain lots to 60-foot frontage
7 by 6000 square feet lot area.
8 WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim, on Wednesday, March 2, 1955, NOTICES OF WHICH SAID
9 PUBLIC HEARING were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM ~UNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and

WHEREAS, Said Commission after due inspection, investigation and studies
11 made by itself and' in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following:
1. That~the tracts on either side are of 60-foot frontage and 6000
15 square feet.
14 NOW, /HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED /HAI /HE ANAHEI~ CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 298, subject to:

1. That the 3 tiers of lots south of Broadway will have a 70-foot
18 frontage and 7200 square feet of lot area.
17 2. That certain streets will be open to the east and west.
18 3. That a revised map be submitted for approval.
19 THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 2]~ day of
March, 1955.
