WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a
2 Verified Pe~itien from FRA~< S't.~F/, 7152 Stanton Avenue, Buena Park, California,
as owner, of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
$ County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
4 Starting at a point 195 feet west of the center line of Liberty Lane;
thence north 140 feet from the center line of East La Palma: thence

The applicant proposes to make TWO LOTS, one of which will be 62 feet

WHEREAS, The. City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
Iiall in the City of Anaheim, on Monday~ March 7, 1955, NOTICES OF WHICH SAID
9 PUBLIC HEARING were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
10 ANAHEIM ~UNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200~ and
11 WHEREAS, Said Commission after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by it.self and' in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence.
