A RESOLUTION OF IHE CITY PLANNING COmmISSION OF IHE CI/Y OF ANAHEI~,~

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a
2 Verified Petition from ESKO GARDENS, 5658 West 3rd Street, Los Angeles 36,
California, as owner, (VOORHEIS, TRINDLE, NELSON), as Authorized Agents, 12692
5 Garden Grove Boulevard, Garden Grove, California, of a certain parcel of real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
4 described as follcws:
5 Tract No. 2440 located between Broadway and Orange Avenue at the
Northeast corner of Magnolia and Orange Avenues.
The applicant requests a waiver of the front yard setbacks from
25 to 20 feet on all lots in the above tract.
WHEREAS, /he City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
8 Hall in the City of Anaheim, on Monday, March 7, 1955, NOTICES OF WHICH SAID
PUBLIC HEARING were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
9 ANAHEIM ~01UNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
10 WHEREAS, Said Commission after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence
11 and reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following:

"," lots siding on West Broadway may use a 2C-foot front
...... 16 yard setback, but the side yards along West Broadway must
have a 12-!/~ foot requirement.
18 2. The same condition shall apply to lots siding on Orange Avenue.
19 3. Lots facing on Orange Avenue shall take the normal 25-foot
front yard setback.
