WHERF~S, the City Planning Conu~ission of the City of Anaheim has received a
[erified Petition from HARRY S; APTER, 6399 Wi!shire Boulevard, Los Angeles 48,

C0]ifornia, as owner~ and DUNSMOR CONSTRUCTION CO. 6751 Stanton Avenue, Buera
~ Park, California, Builders, for a certain parcel of real property situated in
theCity of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

Tract No. 257~ located at the northwest corner of Romneya Drive and
5 Acacia Street~
6 The applicants request a WAIVER of the 70 foot frontage and 7200 square
foot lot area required by Ordinance.

WHEREAS, the City. Planning commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
8 City Hall in the City of Anaheim on Monday, March 7, 1955, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of 'the
9 ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
10 WHEREAS, Said Commission after due inspection and investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and 'after due consideration Of all evidence
11 and reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following:
12 1. Variances have been granted for similar waivers.
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING .COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO, 310 SUBJECT TO A REVISION OF THE MAP BRINGING THE LOTS
14 UP TO 7200 SQUARE FEET INASMUCH AS THE LOTS FACING THIS TRACT ARE ALL WELL OVER
7200 SQUARE FEET.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 7th day of
