A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PL~INNING C0~4ISSIONOF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

1 WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from DAVID S. COLLINS, 9952 Los Angeles Street, Anaheim,
2 California, as owner of a certain parcel of real property ~tuated in the City
o'f Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

The easterly 115 feet of the property conveyed to David Collins and wife
4 -" by the Bank of America Trust and Savings Assoc,.erich recordsd December 14,
.. 1954'in Book 2896, Page 166, Official Records, Orange County, California.
5 ~ :Note: This land is the easterly 115 feet of the parcel described as
'AP 82-100-29 on' the County Tax Assessment Roll for the fiscal year
6 1954-55 and fronts on the north side of Ball Road. The property is
further described as 129 West Ball Road.

The applicant requests a WAIVER of the P-L ZONE on Ball Road on the
8 C-1 property.
9 WHEREAS, the City PlanningCommission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
Hall .in the City of Anaheim on April 18, 1955, NOTICES of which said Public
10 Hearing were duly given as reqUired by law and the provisions of theANAHEIM
1i MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, said Co.m~ission after due inspection, investigation and studies
12 made by itself and in its ~behalf ~and after due consideration of all evidence and
~eports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following:
1.. The Co~mission is opposed .to granting any waivers of the P.L
14 Zone 'until a Code Revision is adopted.
1§ 2. The plan as outlined for this particular use as a Nursery should,
if properly laid out, be the equal of a P-L Zone.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
17 HE,BY DENIES VARIANCE NO. 341 FOR THE WAIVER OF THE ESTABLISHED P-L ZONE,
BUT ALLOWS THE LANDSCAPING OF THE FRONT. OF THE PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
18 PLANS PRESENTED.
19 THE FOREC~ING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 18th day of
