WHEREA~, The City Planning Co~ission cf the City of Anaheim has received a
Verified Petition from the property owner (s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows:
Northeast corner of Euclid Avenue and Katella Avenue measuring 392 feet
by 39~ feet.
The applicant, ALF~Wn A. wOLVE, 10911 Euclid Avenue, Anaheim, California,
requests that the above property be reclassified fr~m R-A, RESIDENTTAT.
AGRICULTURAL, to .C-l, NEI~0~OOD C~EROTAT. Z0~m.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Co~mqssion did hold a Public Hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO.
F~_- 54-55--38 on the 18th day of Anril , 195~, NOTICE of which said
?~.blic Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section '9200; and
WHF~EAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearings, does find mud determine the following facts:
1o The reclassification of the property was started when still in the
County.
2. Th~ County ~upervisors did not get around to acting on this reclas-
sification until after the parcel was a--exed to the City of Anaheim,
but on March 8, 1955 rezoned the property t~ O-l, Neighborhood
Cmamercial.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE~OLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HE~Y RECOmmENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
