Hearing were duly given as .required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
12 MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
1~ made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of aL1 evidence
14 and reports offered at said hearing does find and determine the following~
15 1. The applicant was granted Variance No. 224 to erect a duplex with
garages beneath.
16 2. The gra~_ting of the variance will not materially change present
conditions.
17 3. The property is directly across the street from an unsightly pipe
