A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
1 ~EAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a
Verified Petition from TED~AR DEVELOPA~.NT CO., 265 North Robertson Boulevard~
2 Beverly Hills~ California, as owner, (VOORHEIS-TRINDLE-NELSON, INC.)~ 12692 Garden
5 Grove Boulevard~ Garden Grove, California~ as Authorized Agents, of a certain
parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim~ County of Orange, State
4 of California, described as follows:
§ Tract No. 1728 lying between West Broadway and Orange Avenue west of
Euclid Avenue.
The applicant requests waiver of front yard setbacks from 25 to 20 feet
7 on Lots 1-1~, 17-20~ 26-36~ 45-51~ 57-62~ 74-101~ 107-113, 114-133.
WHEREA$~ The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
8 Hall in the City of Anaheim, on Monday, February 7, 1955, NOTICES OF WHICH SAID
PUBLIC HEARING were duly given as required by law and the provisions of 'the
9 ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200~ and
10 WHEREAS~ Said Commission after due inspection~ investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and

reports offered at said Hearing~ does find and determine the following:
12 1. That similar waivers have been granted on other tract developments.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING CON~ISSION
HEREBY fRANTS VARIANCE NO. 280, subject to:
15 1. The maintaining of the 25-foot setback on all lots facing on Wes~
Broadway and Orange Avenue.
