WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a

IZED AGENT), 2400 Wes% Alameda Aven,:e, Burbank, California, of a certain parcel
of real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of

:'~ ~.~' The applicant requests peYmission to erect a HOTEL-~OTEL~ including a

~.,~ 9 Hall ~n the City of Anaheim, on Monday, February 7, 1955, NOTIC;-2S OF WHICH SAID
~":~.! PUBLIC HEARING were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
~:~.~ 10 ANAHEIM N~JNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
~ ~"~ 11 WHEREA$~ Said Commission after due inspection~ investigati~.n and studies
~!i. made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of ~11 evidence and
~!~...~ reports offered at said Hearing, does find and d~termine the following:

'~?~ 14 Hotel and Restaurant facilities.
