WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a
Verified Petition from WALTER H. LEIF,~R/ CO., 4306 Crenshaw Boulevard, Los

Angeles, Californiz,, as owners, (MEDARIS-SMIIH REAL ESTA/E), as Authorized Agent,
3 433 West Center Street, Anaheim, California, of a certain parcel of real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
5 Bounded by Wes% Broadway, South West Street, The Southern Pac'2fic
Right-of-Way, and The Santa Ana Freeway.
$ The applicant requests a waiver of the 70-foo% frontage requirement
to 60 feet. /he property is presently zoned as R-2, IWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
7 along West Broadway, and the balance is R-A, RESIDF-MTIAL-A(~ICI]LTURAL.

Hall in the City of Anaheim, on Monday, February 21, 1955~ NOTIC£S OF W~.;iCH SAID
9 PUBLIC HEARING were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEI~I N~3NICIPAL CODE, Section 9200~ and

~ER~AS, Sa$d Commission after due inspection, investigation and studies
11 made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following:
1. That the property appears suitable for Multiple Family Dwellings
13 due to its location against the Santa Aha Freeway and the Southern
'Pacific Right-of-Way.
