WHEREAS, /he City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a 2 Verified Petition from ~AHEI~ PROPERTIES CORPORAIION, Edward A. M~lkes, 4252 Atlantic Avenue, Long Beach, California, as owner, (ERNEST H. LOCKWOOD), as 3 Authorized Agent, 4252 Atlaptic Avenue, Long Beach, California, of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, 4 State of California, described as follows: 5 Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter of Section 22, T4S, R1OW, S.B.B.&M. running north along the west line of said $ Southeast quarter 400 feet, I )re or less; thence east parallel to the south line of Section 22, 22b feet; thence south parallel 'to the west line of said Southeast quarter 400 feet to the south line of said Section 22; thence west along said south line 225 feet to the point of begin- 8 ning excepting therefrom that portion of said land lying within Harbor Boulevard. 9 The applicant requests permission to erect and operate a RESTAURANI 10 BUILDING with inside dining and outer service facilit.~ es. /he present classification of the property is R-A, RESIDE~TIAL-AGRICULTURAL. 11 WHF. REA$, /he City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City 12, Hall in the City of Anaheim, on Monday, February 21~ 1955, NOTICFS OF WHICH SAID PUBLIC HEARING were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEI~ MUNICIPAL CODE, Swction 9200; and WHEREAS, Said Co,~ission after due inspection, investigation and studies 14 made by its~!f and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following: 15 1. It would appear to be a suitable location for a Restaurant~ due 16 to the proximity to Disneyland. 17 2. The deeding to the City of Anaheim of land for the widening of 2,0 Katella Avenue and Harbor Buuleva~-d a'~cording %o the require- ments specified by the Anaheim City Engineer. 2,1 2,. The installation of curbs and sidewalks along Harbor Boulevard and Katella Avenue. 3. Black topping of the area between the curb and the existing ~ paving on these streets.
